Pooja Bhatt On Facing Financial Struggles Despite Being A Big Star; Says, ‘I Only Had Rs. 4000 In My Bank Account’

Bollywood filmmaker Pooja Bhatt has been making waves on the internet with her shocking revelation on Bigg Boss OTT season 2. Being one of the most experienced contestants on the reality show, she was often seen imparting wisdom on her housemates. Over the course of months she has opened up about her life experiences which has left netizens in awe of her growth as a person. Recently, she recalled the time she went through a financial crunch despite being considered a big star.
In a conversation with Elvish Yadav and Abhishek Malhan, she issued a clarification on her ‘chote log’ statement, where she had addressed the wild card entrants as chote log. She explained how she was referring to those participants’ actions and mindset rather than how much money they have. Having experienced the ups and downs of life, the 51-year-old revealed that she never begged or asked for money from anyone. Quoted by BollywoodShaadis, Pooja added, “I’ve seen rises and falls in and it is part of our showbiz world. We don’t belong to business families. Chote log ka matlab kya hai by that I meant aap ki harkaton se. I never meant bank balance. Talking about the reality show, it is currently in its final week, Jiya Shankar was evicted from the house on Thurday. Manisha Rani, Bebika Dhurve, Elvish Yadav, Pooja Bhatt and Abhishek Malhan are the contestants who have made it to the grand finale. On Monday, Uorfi Javed entered the show so that she can create grand finale outfits for the contestants. Currently streaming on Jio Cinema, the show is hosted by Salman Khan.
